Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR professional to manage overall HR operations and recruitment activities. This role oversees employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and HR systems. The position also manages the full-cycle hiring process and supports recruitment branding.

Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Develop and operate employee onboarding and offboarding program
  • Operate Payroll, benefits, and so on
  • Maintain and manage HR systems and data; generate HR reports

2. Recruitment Management

  • Develop and operate recruitment strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process (including building a pipeline)
  • Strengthen recruitment branding; plan and operate recruitment events

3. Other General Tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and 3 to 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a multinational company

  • Proven Experience in managing Payroll outsourcing vendors

  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR-related regulations.
  • +2 years experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems; Workday, Sap, and so on)
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global environment

Recruitment Process
