Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE: Developing Internet-based services, and creating an ecosystem for Rakuten overall services, such as messenger, e-mail, and cloud storage services. Be responsible for building, maintaining the end to end deployments pipelines and the infrastructure of highly scalable and highly available complex distributed systems using Circle CI or Jenkins. Design network architecture for integration between various Cloud platforms. Work with the team consisting of product managers and engineers to create pragmatic scalable products. Setup monitoring, logging and alerting systems. Be responsible for solving problems and troubleshooting server/network. troubleshooting server. Analyze the cost of service operation and optimize it. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Linux 3+ years of experience in Backend Engineering 4+ years of experience with deploying and managing cloud solutions in AWS Experience with building and managing infrastructure in above MAU 1million users Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean Experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology Extremely competent with SCM tools such as GIT, Integrations tools such as CircleCi/Github and Jenkins Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) 2+ years of hands-on programming experience using python, Go or shell scripting Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash, Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana Experience in implementing the ISO and Information Security Management System(ISMS) AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Engineer Pro, SysOps Admin, Developer Associate or equivalent certifications in other public clouds Recruitment Process Notifications Persons with disabilities and persons eligible for national protection will be given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws when providing support.
