Send Anywhere which is a fast and user-friendly for sending large files with ease is a world-class file transfer service with over 7 million active users. We are looking for experts who will expand our ecosystem based on file transfer service.

Responsibilities

• Service Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies and goal roadmaps for each product in alignment with the company's vision and strategy
  • Monitor product performance and enhance user-centered services through data-driven service optimization (e.g., user experience design, definition, hypothesis testing, data analysis, etc.)
  • Explore new business strategies by conducting market research and competitive analysis to propose and execute initiatives
• Service Planning and Operations
  • Planning and operation of product services within Rakuten Symphony's Internet Service BU
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development and marketing, to establish service policies and enhance operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience (experience in IT product-based services with 100,000+ MAU or experience in planning, launching, and operating a service at least once)
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• 1+ year of experience in both front-end and back-end development
• 1+ year of experience in data analysis and research-related projects
• Proficient in English 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and team leadership
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in software development
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively through communication
