Responsibilities

  • Manage project and meeting schedules for domestic and international clients/partners and follow up
  • Support creation and management of business documents (proposals, quotations, technical materials, contracts)
  • Communicate and organize progress with stakeholders (classification societies, shipyards, partners)
  • Track project progress and issues, and prepare internal reporting documents
  • Draft and translate global collaboration documents (English emails, meeting minutes, proposals)
  • Assist in marketing activities and operations (e.g., exhibitions, seminars, and promotional materials)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer management or operations in the maritime industry
  • Deep understanding of ship operation, ship classification, and IT/OT system deployment
  • Willingness to learn about IT/industry/technology and person with strong communication competencies
  • Proficiency in English (preferred for global collaboration)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT/security/shipbuilding/maritime/industrial equipment fields (including internship)
  • Experience in writing English meeting minutes, proposals, and reports
  • Experience in technical sales / PM / business development / operations support roles
