Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable country HRBP to manage end-to-end HR operations and enhance the overall employee experience. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless HR processes, strong compliance, and effective employee relations, while supporting the organization’s growth and operational excellence.
You will partner with internal stakeholders to execute HR programs across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while contributing to process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, and HR documentation
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all HR processes
• Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
- Employee Relations & Compliance
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts
• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and labor law compliance
• Ensure adherence to Korean labor laws and internal policies, supporting audits and risk management
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Operate end-to-end Payroll processes
• Manage benefits programs (e.g., insurance, allowances) and respond to employee inquiries
• Ensure accurate data handling for payroll inputs and reporting
- HR Systems & Data Management
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy
• Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.) and provide actionable insights
• Contribute to HR process documentation and system improvements
- Other General Tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher and 3+ years of experience in Payroll & Benefits within a multinational company
- Proven Experience in managing Payroll outsourcing vendors
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR-related regulations
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations
- Proven experience in handling employee relations cases
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT and HR data reporting
