Job Summary
As a Business Strategy Manager, you will support and participate in market analysis, business opportunity identification, and growth strategy initiatives to drive business performance and support new business development. This role involves collaborating with diverse organizations and stakeholders to address strategic challenges and contribute to the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify business opportunities and support sales strategy development

Support market validation of new business ideas, including MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development and commercialization activities

Perform Pre-sales activities and market validation to assess business feasibility and customer needs

Develop data-driven sales and business plans and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to execute them

Monitor and analyze business and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Support strategic projects and business initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and driving organizational growth

Prepare reports, presentations, and business materials to support management decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in business strategy, business planning, consulting, sales strategy, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, new business initiatives, or sales strategy projects, including new business launches, operations, and M&A activities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business data and derive actionable insights
- Experience in preparing reports and presentations for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, platform, technology services, or startup environments
- Experience in new business launches, market validation, or Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy execution
- Experience in using data analysis and visualization tools
- Proficiency in business English communication, both written and verbal
