Responsibilities Service Strategy Development and Execution Develop short- and long-term strategies and goal roadmaps for each product in alignment with the company's vision and strategy Monitor product performance and enhance user-centered services through data-driven service optimization (e.g., user experience design, definition, hypothesis testing, data analysis, etc.) Explore new business strategies by conducting market research and competitive analysis to propose and execute initiatives Service Planning and Operations Planning and operation of product services within Rakuten Symphony's Internet Service BU Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development and marketing, to establish service policies and enhance operational efficiency Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience (experience in IT product-based services with 100,000+ MAU or experience in planning, launching, and operating a service at least once) 5+ years of experience in product management 1+ year of experience in both front-end and back-end development 1+ year of experience in data analysis and research-related projects Proficient in English Preferred Qualifications Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and team leadership Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in software development Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively Proficiency in using data analysis tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively through communication Recruitment Process Notifications If there are any false information in the submission or in the recruitment process, acceptance may be cancelled.
