Key Responsibilities
People
- Recruitment Management
- Develop and operate recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process (including building a pipeline)
- Strengthen recruitment branding; plan and operate recruitment events
- HR Operations
- Develop and operate employee onboarding and offboarding program
- Operate Payroll, benefits, and so on
- Maintain and manage HR systems and data; generate HR reports
- Learning Development& Organizational Culture
- Design and implement employee training programs
- Operate and support employee retention activities
- Other General HR Tasks as required
Ops
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficient in business-level English
- Eligible for overseas travel (must have completed or be exempt from military service)
Preferred Qualifications
- +1 year of related experience
- HR experience in a global or multinational environment
- Experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Having HR-related certifications or a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Recruitment Process

Notifications
- If there are any false information in the submission or in the recruitment process, acceptance may be cancelled.
- If the final assessment does not meet internal standards, recruitment may be cancelled.
- Personal information, including your resume, will be kept for up to two years from the date of notification of the final result of the recruitment process. But the information can be deleted if applicant requests.
- All recruitments are occasional. So if successful applicants occur, the recruitment announcement may be closed early.
- The recruitment process is subject to change depending on the situation, and in such cases, the candidates will be notified separately.
